SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- How many days does it takes for my order to arrive?
Shipping usually takes between three to five business days, depending on your location, but may take up to seven days for some destinations. More specific shipping days can be found when selecting your preferred shipping method at check out.

France, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Principality of Monaco, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Greece, UK, Albania, Estonia, Finland, Norway, United states, Cyprus, Malta, Romania, Switzerland, Japan, China, South Korea and Hong Kong.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
- Can I return or exchange an item?
We offer full refunds or exchanges for a different size for items shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date.
- What are the conditions to return or exchange an item?
The conditions to elegible for a return are:
The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged.
They must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
The items must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and other accessories (dustbag, dress cover, etc.) included in the parcel.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- How can I return an item?
To register a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@laventure.art with your order information to request a return or exchange. Within 48 hours, you will receive the return shipping information, including shipping instructions and return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The subject of the email for a return must begin with RETURN followed by the purchase number. The subject of the email for a size exchange should begin with EXCHANGE followed by the purchase number.
- When do I get a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s form of payment.
In case of customs costs, they will be charged to the customer.
- I recieved a wrong or defective item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Can I return or Exchange an item in sale?
If it respects the exchange policy, yes. Items cannot be returned or exchanged at FINAL SALE.
- Can I return an item bought on final sale?
Final sale articles are not elegible for returns or refunds.
- How long does it takes for my return/ exchange process?
Once received, returns take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Upon completion, a refund confirmation email will be generated and sent to you.
For exchanges, please allow an additional 1-2 business days processing time for the new item(s) to be prepared and dispatched. Upon completion, a shipment confirmation for your new exchange order will be generated, including your new tracking details.
Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.
ORDER AND TRACKING
- Where is my order?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number.
Sign in to your account for tracking and shipping status or simply follow the tracking number you received in the shipping confirmation email.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before the courier updates the shipping information after you have received the shipping confirmation email from us.
- Can I change or update my order?
An order cannot be changed once the merchandise has been processed by our warehouse. Before our warehouse has started processing the order, we can update the size or color of the item.
If you wish to receive support with changing or updating your order, please contact us as soon as possible and make sure to have your order number available.
